WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?
Intuitive Energy Healing & The Benefits
Energy healing is the conscious act of connecting to and directing Universal Energy or Life Force and it’s highest expression-the frequency of unconditional love through and into ones body in order to heal what needs to be healed. Pranic energy healing is extremely high in vibration/frequency and it acts as a “clearing agent” to support energetic flow. Pranic energy healing, when used with intention, aims to assist in bringing balance to a person, place or situation. Energy Healing assists in bridging of polarities in your body chakras.

Pranic energy healing benefits our energetic, spiritual, emotional, mental and/or physical bodies. These can be dramatic, but are often subtle. They can happen immediately, but often show up later, after the healing session is long over. The "results" happen at the level that will provide the most profound positive benefits long term.

WHAT DOES AN ENERGY HEALING SESSION LOOK LIKE?
White Light Energy Healing (30 Minute) As An Add-On To Your Counselling-Coaching Session
If you choose to complement your counselling-coaching session with this add-on, then the 30 minute pranic energy healing session will come BEFORE your counselling session. I will ask you to lay down on the massage table fully clothed (you have the option to lay down on or off of an amethyst, infrared bio-mat. This aids in inflammation & pain and is an additional soothing complementary element to your session). I will cover you with a light blanket. This is a hands off, no touch procedure.

I will then channel white light healing energy through my crown & out of my hands from the Divine Spirit, into different energy centres in your body that may be deficient or depleted. Blockages and/or energetic obstacles can manifest in the body as emotional and/or physical pain. During the session, I may also receive intuitive guidance from any of your guardian angels or divine council. I will offer you any divine wisdom that I may have recieved to you verbally after the energy healing session has finished.

This experience is silent, gentle and very relaxing. Some people fall asleep during the energy healing session. There will be quiet meditative music playing during the session.

What To Expect After The Energy Healing Session:
​
You will most likely feel extremely relaxed after the session & some clients may feel some or all of their emotional and/or physical discomfort relieved or completely gone from their bodies. There can sometimes be an emotional release during or after the session and that is completely normal. It is nothing to be alarmed about if this occurs. In fact this may be helpful, releasing can be therapeutic.
